Phone Support

I want caller I.D., call waiting and 3-way calling on my campus phone.

How can I get it?

There are fees (per semester) for these added phone features:

• Caller ID ($20.00 a semester)
• 3-Way/Call Waiting ($10.00 a semester)
• All Services ($30.00 a semester)

To get any of these features added to your campus phone please do the following:

Click the link below (it will open up the form in a new window). Print out the form that comes up. Fill out the form and sign it (make sure you fill everything out and select the features you want). Take this form to the Telecommunications Office in the Coates Building room 12.

NOTE: If you have any questions or problems with your features please call Telecommunications at 21903 or go to Coates Building room 12.
