CHAUTAUQUA Tonight - Dorothy Edwards: "What If We Could End Power-Based Violence"?

  
Dr. Dorothy Edwards, Executive Director of Green Dot, etc., will present her Chautauqua Lecture, "What If We Can End Power-Based Violence?: The Green Dot Revolution," on Thursday, Sept. 3, at 7:30 p.m. in O'Donnell Hall of the Whitlock Building.

The talk is free and open to the public. Attendance slips will be provided for students.

Green Dot, etc. is a research and training center dedicated to effective intervention and the prevention of power-based personal violence. The organization has provided training to hundreds of schools, military installations and other institutions in the United States and around the world.

The event is sponsored by the EKU Department of Women and Gender Studies, University Programs, and the Honors Program.
