Small Group Personal Training at the Fitness and Wellness Center

  
Campus Recreation is offering a six-week program geared toward participants of all fitness levels. For $15, you get 6 sessions and for $30, you get 12 sessions with a certified personal trainer. Each session is one hour in length and will utilize equipment on the fitness floor. The group will be capped at five participants, so each participant will receive individualized workouts while also enjoying a team-oriented environment. Session offerings are listed below. Sign up at the Fitness and Wellness Center front desk today!

Mondays/Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 PM: March 27- May 3 ($30)
Mondays from 5:00-6:00 PM: March 27- May 1 ($15)
Tuesdays/Thursdays from 5:00-6:00 PM: March 28-May 4 ($30)
