3rd Annual College of Health Sciences Scholars Day
The College of Health Sciences Scholars Day was established as a way to showcase students and their research. The 3rd annual CHS Scholars Day is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the EKU Center for the Arts.
Approximately 125 students will be presenting their research projects during the event in one of three categories. These are: 1) Traditional Research Poster; 2) Discipline Application/Innovation Poster; and 3) Case Study Poster.
The schedule for the 3rd Annual College of Health Sciences Scholars Day is:
8:30-9:00 – Registration
9:00-9:15 – Welcome and Opening Remarks
9:15-10:15 – Keynote Address by: Capt. Doug Thoroughman, CDC KY Department for Public Health
10:15-10:30 – Awards Ceremony
10:30-Noon – Poster Presentations by Health Sciences Students and Reception
