Battle of the Bands
The Music Industry Organization and Audio Engineering Society at EKU will be hosting the second annual Battle of the Bands on April 13, 2017 from 5:30-9:00PM in EKU’s campus beautiful outdoor Ravine. The event celebrates local music and community involvement. Last year the event attracted 200 listeners and hosted 12 music groups ranging from singer/songwriters to seven-piece rock bands. Bands and songwriters enter with their original and cover material for a chance to win an EP recording from the EKU Recording Studio. Performers gain exposure to new audiences and a chance to perform in this beautiful setting.
