Ladies Learning to Lift

  
In this 6 week program, women have the opportunity to learn how to lift and operate equipment in the weight room. The sessions are Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:45-5:45 PM from June 5-July 19 with one week off the week of July 4th. Led by a female personal trainer, participants will have the opportunity to tone up, increase stamina, and learn how to build a fit and strong physique! To register, sign up at the Welcome Desk located in the Fitness and Wellness Center.
