Annual CSEPP Exercise
The Madison County Emergency Management Agency / Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (EMA/CSEPP) will be conducting the Annual CSEPP Exercise this Wednesday, September 20th, 2017, beginning around 8:30 or 9:00AM. The exercise is based on a mock incident at the Blue Grass Army Depot, and members of FEMA will be in the county to evaluate community readiness. Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond Campus, typically participates, in a manner that does not affect the normal operations of the University. Our schools at Model and Burrier practice Sheltering-In-Place, and members of our Crisis Management Team, gather to discuss our response.
