2018 Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Service & Leadership Award Nomination
Each year Eastern Kentucky University awards the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Student Community Service Award, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Faculty/Staff Community Service Award, and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Alumni Community Service Award to recognize the members of the EKU Community – Students, Faculty/Staff, and Alumni that exceed the expectations in the area of service to the community, and embodies the principles of leadership outlined in Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s ‘Drum Major Instinct’ Sermon.
The recipient of this award will be recognized at the Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Award Banquet on January 24, 2018. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, December 8, 2017.
