CBT Black History Month Executive Speaker Public Address
The College of Business & Technology welcomes EKU Alum Mr. Emmanuel S. Bailey as the 2018 CBT Black History Month Executive Speaker. Mr. Bailey is President and Chief Executive Officer of DC09, LLC, in Washington, D.C. a joint venture with INTRALOT, the third largest global gaming company. Mr. Bailey has over 25 years’ combined experience in finance and banking, secondary mortgage finance, human resources, information technology, lottery and gaming systems management and is the only minority operator of a state lottery system in the $87 billion U.S. market.
