University Pre-Health Advisory Committee (UPHAC) Interview Application Deadline - 1/7/19
Junior, senior and post-bac students planning to apply to medical, dental, or optometry school in 2019 are invited to apply for a University Pre-Health Advisory Committee (UPHAC) interview in order to receive a "Committee Letter" in support of his/her application. Note that committee letters are required for most medical schools if the process exists at the student's home university. For many dental and optometry schools the committee letter is optional. Students must review the requirements and preferences of the professional programs that they are applying to.
The deadline to apply for an EKU UPHAC interview is January 7, 2019. The application and requirements are provided on this web page:
