Academic Reading & Writing 101: Beginning Writing and Setting Goals

A workshop designed for new graduate students that will provide an overview of essential skills and resources for academic writing success. Participants will be introduced to strategies for critical reading, genre mastery and approaching the literature review, and the value of goal-setting and writing support services during the thesis/dissertation process.
