IT SUPPORT: Winter Break Hours
The IT Service Desk will have regular hours Dec 13-17 for walk-in and phone support.
Although the office will be closed for winter break, calls to the 622-3000 support line will be answered the following times:
Dec 18: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Dec 19-23: noon - 5 p.m.
Dec 24 & 25: CLOSED
Dec 26-30: noon - 5 p.m.
Dec 31 & Jan 1: CLOSED
Jan 2-4: noon - 5 p.m.
Jan 5: noon - 9:30 p.m.
The IT Service Desk will reopen and resume normal hours on January 6.
In addition to calling 622-3000, you may report issues by emailing support@eku.edu or by submitting an online request at http://it.eku.edu/it-desktop-support-ticket.
