Philosophy and Religious Studies Roundtable: Eating Meat and Eating People

  
The first Philosophy and Religious Studies Roundtable of the semester will be a discussion of Cora Diamond's critique of the animals rights arguments of Peter Singer and Tom Regan, in her provocative essay, "Eating Meat and Eating People." Those interested may find her essay on JSTOR, but pre-reading is not necessary for participation in the discussion. Led by Matthew Pianalto, EKU Professor of Philosophy.
