Due to the weather conditions from earlier in the semester, we have decided to extend the deadline for applications for RSO Funding to allow for more groups to apply and for groups applying to have more time to complete their packet. The new dates are as follows:

The Spanish Conversation Club is hosting its second Mesa de Español this Thursday, Feb. 14 in the basement of McCreary Hall. All the EKU community interested in practicing their Spanish skills and learning about the Latino and Hispanic cultures is welcome to join us. This time we will be talking about friendship and love in the Spanish world. We will also be producing some St. Valentine-related art. Come and bring your friends along.

Want to create your own or a brand new group fitness class?
In this workshop you will: Create a general idea for a strength class and formulate an appropriate structure and theme, effectively narrowing down and shaping the class. Learn basic advanced exercises to help design workout classes for campus!

To celebrate Chinese New Year 2019, the year of the pig, Shuling Studio from Lexington will present authentic Chinese folk dance and Chinese fashion show at EKU. The audience will experience a variety of dances with classic Chinese props such as fans and umbrellas. Folk dance from ethnic groups like Han, Mongolian, and Dai will illustrate different tradition and culture. Fashions with a theme of Chinese blue porcelain art will draw another kind of beauty. This event is sponsored by the University Diversity Office through the annual diversity grant.
