We will continue to offer programming and support to the community through our office sponsored program “Coffee, Culture, and Conversations”. Through this program we are curating a virtual space for discussion, and action, for the Campus Community.

When we are stressed, it can be hard to operate at our best. When we are stressed and then have to complete tasks that will be graded or evaluated, it can feel impossible to be our best. This workshop focuses on ways to improve test anxiety, improving personal motivation for the things that need to get done, as well as how to set effective and attainable goals. Free QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer) gatekeeper training for suicide prevention for faculty, staff, and students will be offered via the meeting platform, Zoom.
As a QPR-trained gatekeeper, you will learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to help someone find the help they may need. Help save the life of a friend, colleague, or family member in need.
