NATURE EXPLORATION SERIES: Winter Tree Identification

Learning to identify trees can be challenging, especially in winter months. So come join the experts on a winter walk through some of the trails at Taylor Fork Ecological Area. By the end of the hike, you will know how to identify some trees and shrubs by their winter features, as well as learn some fun and interesting facts about the species and families that we come across. Although the focus will be on woody species, there will be chances to learn about other interesting species too.

Be sure to dress for cooler weather and for a brisk hike. Bringing water is encouraged. For directions and registration, click "More On This Announcement" below.
