Our brains like order. The visual distraction of clutter increases cognitive overload, can reduce your working memory and reduces the ability to stay focused.
Commit to declutter five minutes each day a space in your life: your desk, your vehicle, your house, your garage or your yard. You will earn 20 points toward your quarterly wellness credits if you spend time decluttering 20 days in the month of August.
