FACILITATION CENTER: Meeting Management and Facilitation Skills Workshop
The Facilitation Center at EKU will hold two "Meeting Management & Facilitation Skills" workshops this spring.
This introductory workshop will strengthen meeting facilitation skills to better prepare for and facilitate effective meetings and projects. Key topics include meeting design and planning, engaging in-person and virtual meeting environments, generating creative ideas, visuals and display-thinking and group dynamics. This interactive session includes participatory demonstrations and hands-on practice facilitating during the session. This workshop is designed for those new to facilitation or with limited experience.
Register for one of two sessions:
Feb. 24-25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. each day
March 23-25,9 a.m.-1 p.m. each day
Registration is limited and will be filled on a first-come basis.
