Intro Training: Microsoft Teams Calling, new Yealink phones, and Teams Basics
Campus is being transitioned from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. This training will introduce the following topics:
- Using the new Yealink phones for calls -- phone setup, using the touchscreen, calendar integration/meetings, voicemail, transferring calls, etc.
- Making calls in Microsoft Teams -- how to call, forwarding calls, setting up delegates, setting up voicemail, etc.
- Teams basics -- chat, app integration, creating a "Team"
