EKU Copier Program changes are effective July 1, 2017.

In an effort to reduce EKU’s paper consumption, all Kyocera copiers will be set up to default print/copy duplex (double sided) effective July 1. This change will help minimize the financial cost of providing printing and copying and support our sustainability efforts.
We strongly encourage employees to only print when necessary, and to use the duplex (double-sided) printing.
For specific copy or print jobs that require one-sided printing, follow these instructions to override the default setting:
1. Copying - Press the Quick Setup button and switch it to one-sided. This will turn the duplex off for that job.
2. Printing - Select print, select the Kyocera, select Printer Properties, turn off duplex printing for that job.

Thank you for supporting this effort to reduce costs and support our University sustainability efforts.

During this transition period, there may be brief periods of time without beverage vending in some locations; therefore, your patience is appreciated.
