AmeriCorps KY Ready Corps Summer Service Opportunities!
Looking for meaningful part-time work this summer, close to home? Serve with our emergency/disaster services AmeriCorps program, KY Ready Corps! We have several food insecurity projects in need of summer 2021 members, including a KY Ready team at a sustainable garden project in Lancaster, just 30 minutes from EKU. See "event location" for a list of Kentucky counties where we are also seeking members. Members serve 20-22 hours per week between May 17 and August 31. Benefits include a modest living allowance, an education award at end of service, professional development and the opportunity to make a difference in your community during recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
