Women's History Month Film Event: "The Six Triple Eight"
Join EKU VETS and CIEGE for "The Six Triple Eight," a film chronicling the trials, discriminatory challenges, and triumphs of the only all Black, all female battalion to be deployed overseas during WWII. These determined women banded together to ensure that soldiers and their families were able to communicate and stay connected during WWII.
The first 25 ladies to RSVP and attend will receive a goody bag! This event is open to all EKU students. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. Discussion will follow the movie.
