REC 325: Camp Supervision & CHS Girls Health Camp!
REC 325: Camp Supervision is returning this summer semester!
In partnership with the College of Health Sciences, this TWO WEEK, 3 CREDIT HOUR course will plan and host a girls health camp for local middle school girls (grades 6-8).
This "E4: Educate, Empower, Equip, Excel" camp will encourage attendees to get to know their mind, body and spirit while building positive relationships and leadership skills!
Potential camp activities include yoga, mindfulness, arts and crafts, hiking, healthy meal prep, self-defense, journaling, team-building games, and so much more!
For EKU students enrolled: week one will be comprised of instruction and planning; week two, implementation of the camp. Course runs June 6-17, 2022.
