The EKU Guitar Studio in Concert! Jazz, Classical and Contemporary Guitar
The EKU Guitar Ensemble will perform works for jazz, classical and contemporary guitar on May 3, at 7:30 PM in Gifford Theater. This concert will feature cool Latin (One Note Samba) and Jazz selections (Autumn Leaves) and the rock-fusion selection (Mr. Clean) by Freddie Hubbard and an electric guitar version of the Little Fugue by J.S. Bach. The acoustic set includes a solos by EKU Guitar Majors. No EKU guitar concert is complete without a few Rock selections, including songs by Primus, The Beatles, and Tyler Bryant.
