Multimedia Journalism Showcase Event – Stories form the Kentucky National Guard
Senior journalism students used their skills this semester to educate the public about the Kentucky National Guard. At Eastern and in communities across the Commonwealth, servicemembers are called upon to provide disaster relief, ease staffing shortages in hospitals, conduct peacekeeping / border missions, participate in combat deployments, and generally keep American citizens safe. Come see what our students discovered and how what they learned in their courses helped them navigate this rewarding project.
Booths will be set up so that visitors can come and go when it is convenient to them. All are welcome!
