AmeriCorps KY Ready Corps seeking part-time local interns!
Our AmeriCorps KY Ready Corps disaster services program is seeking student interns to serve at Lexington Emergency Management, God's Outreach Food pantry in Richmond, and Catholic Action Center's sustainable garden project in Lancaster! Our members serve 15-25 service hours per week, in service terms ranging from one semester to a full year in projects focused on disaster services community outreach, emergency management support and food insecurity. Benefits include a $2200-$5100 total living allowance, a $1374-$3247 education award at end of service (amounts dependent on the service hour slot) and significant professional training and development.
