EKU Libraries Featured Resource: Corpus of Spanish in Georgia
National Hispanic Heritage Month officially kicked off yesterday and in celebration, we hope you'll take a moment to review the unique Corpus of Spanish in Georgia collection which highlights Latinx voices in the metropolitan area of Atlanta. Through semi-structured interviews, 20 first-generation immigrants from various regions of Mexico addressed topics of personal history, local community life, differences between the speakers’ home countries and the U.S., and experiences adapting to life in Roswell, GA.
