Internship Opportunity, KY Ready Corps in Lexington
Seeking a meaningful, PAID internship opportunity for spring or summer 2023? Our AmeriCorps program is seeking individuals to place with Lexington Emergency Management and with the Bluegrass Region Red Cross office in Lexington! Activities have a disaster/emergency services focus, and include direct service to individuals and/or organizational support. KY Ready members are expected to commit to 12-25 service hours per week, depending on the start date and total service hours (300 or 450). Benefits include a total living allowance of $2200-$2700, a $1459-$1824 education award for college tuition or student loans at end of service, and significant professional development.
