EKU Community Education - Experience in Southern Cooking
EKU Workforce Development and Community Engagement would like to present our Experience in Southern Cooking course. From this course, a variety of cooking methods will be practiced to make southern-style food items such as Kentucky hot brown, burgoo, smoked corn chowder, strawberry trifle, and more. The cost of ingredients in the amount of $75 will be payable to the instructor the first night of class.
This class will meet on 3 separate days, February 28th, March 2nd, and March 7th all from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
