Title IX Pregnancy Adjustment Requests
Pregnant students can now request Title IX pregnancy adjustments by completing the online Pregnancy Adjustment Request form. Once complete, the Office of Institutional Equity will reach out to review the request and provide information on Title IX. The form can be located at the link below and on EKU’s Title IX page, under the Pregnant Students tab.
