Final exam week is close, and we know that you might be feeling the pressure as you try to finish the semester strong. Remember that the EKU Counseling Center has free counseling services for students.
To see a counselor, stop by Whitlock 517 from 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday or call for an appointment at 859-622-1303. They are currently scheduling appointments on an as-needed basis, so this is a perfect time to get an appointment as the schedule is flexible.
The Relaxation Room is also available on the fifth floor of the Whitlock Building. Use the massage chairs, VR games, guided meditation, sensory devices, and more. Check the Counseling Center’s social media (@EKU_Counseling) for hours for the Relaxation Room.
