Affirm is a collaborative group working toward acceptance through education and open discussion toward LGBTQ+ life experiences. This is a virtual therapy group through the EKU Psychology Clinic, is conducted by EKU Clinical Psychology doctoral students, and hosted through Zoom. Want a behind the scenes look into college athletics? Join the EKU Athletics E-Team today! E-Team volunteers assist with game day operations for Colonels Athletics. This semester’s team will have the opportunity to help with EKU men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball teams. Hello Everyone, Alpha Phi Omega will be hosting a Service Art Project for the next couple of weeks in the support of Black Lives Matter. We will have Pieces of paper located in the student life office that we would like people to write positive messages and drawings on supporting BLM (with their own writing utensils). You’re able to drop by anytime between January 25th – February 3rd during regular Office hours. TONIGHT!! A discussion about Fraternity & Sorority Life. RSVP to join us and learn more about the Divine 9 Chapters at EKU. The event will begin with an opening introduction along with a short presentation about what groups are represented within the NPHC along with functions of the council. Men and women will then be sent to breakout rooms to meet each Fraternity for the men or each sorority for the women. This workshop focuses on ways to improve test anxiety, improving personal motivation for the things that need to get done, as well as how to set effective and attainable goals. This workshop will focus on the most scientifically backed methods of managing your emotions, provide activities and tools that can help you feel more grounded and in control of your emotional functioning.

Support without Borders is an affirming support group for multicultural students and international students. This group is for individuals that have been negatively impacted by growing up in an alcoholic, drug addicted or otherwise unpredictable family environment. Move the Tissues is trauma-informed yoga for trauma survivors.
