The application to apply to participate in the Dinsmore Pre-Law Minority Program is open. This is a full learning experience built to support those that identify as BIPOC students interested in attending law school. Crack climbing is one of those often overlooked gems of rock climbing. While bouldering requires a degree of power, and sport climbing requires a degree of endurance, crack climbing requires a degree of technique. In this clinic you will be provided with a chance to understand different types of cracks and how to climb them with ease. Intro to crack climbing will cover tape gloves, types of jams, terminology, and the application of these concepts. Register at mycampusrec.eku.edu

Pathfinders is an affirming weekly support group for students who are first generation college students. At EKU, a student is considered "first gen" if they are the first in their family to attend a four-year university or if neither of their parents/guardians have completed a bachelor’s degree. Some first gen students may have older siblings who have attended college. This virtual group is provided by the EKU Counseling Center and is hosted through a secure video platform. Join the EKU Counseling Center staff today for a workshop on Distress Tolerance. When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. The tools provided in this workshop are aimed to provide you with skills to navigate these intense emotions and increase the positive experiences throughout your day.
