Chi Omega is happy to announce we will be hosting our annual dodgeball tournament with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society! It is an all day, one day event on Saturday, March 27th. Each team can register 8 members with a $50 registration fee. Registration fees can be paid to @EKUChiOmega Venmo. Last day to register is Thursday, March 25th, at midnight. Registration can be done through the Campus Rec website: select intramurals, register, Chi O dodgeball, then select men or women's pool.

Support without Borders is an affirming support group for multicultural students and international students. Being isolated in quarantine can lead to spending a lot of time on various activities that take your attention away from the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can be a great opportunity to improve your mental health by challenging yourself to be present and aware of your thoughts and feelings. In this workshop, you will learn tools that can help you practice mindfulness and work towards reducing and preventing stress, anxiety, depression, as well as many other concerns you may be experiencing.

The Kentucky Center for Veterans Studies (KCVS) regularly invites individuals with unique perspectives on veterans’ issues to speak to classes and the larger campus community. Join us for a talk with David P. Ervin, a native of WV who served in the Army infantry from 2002 to 2006 and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005. He's the author of a memoir, Leaving the Wire: An Infantryman's Iraq as well as numerous short nonfiction and fiction works. He is currently the editor-in-chief for Military Experience and the Arts, Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring and publishing the creative pursuits of veterans and family members.
