REC the RAVINE is BACK! Join Campus Recreation on Thursday, August 19th from 5pm-8pm for EKU's recreational lifestyle event of the year. There will be activities, inflatables, food, t-shirts and MORE. Pre-registration is open online or you can register the day of at the event. Student Organizations are encouraged to nominate candidates for Homecoming & Reunion Weekend 2021. Nominations are due Friday, September 3. Homecoming and Reunion Weekend 2021 is scheduled for October 1 & 2.

This group is for individuals that have been negatively impacted by growing up in an alcoholic, drug addicted or otherwise unpredictable family environment. Topics often discussed include understanding the impact of these family patterns, learning how to recognize and develop healthy relationships, and addressing negative beliefs about oneself. This is a weekly virtual group provided by the EKU Counseling Center and hosted through a secure video platform. A group orientation is required to join this group. Our AmeriCorps program is seeking motivated, outdoorsy and community minded individuals to serve with our sustainable garden/food insecurity project in Lancaster, KY. Our KY Ready Team will serve 10-22 service hours per week, September 1 - December 15 or until May 15, 2021, tending, harvesting, preparing and distributing food to Lancaster food pantries, as well as preparing the garden and greenhouse for the winter months. Benefits include flexible service hours, a living allowance, and education award at end of service. Service may also count towards course and internship credit. When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. The tools provided in this workshop are aimed to provide you with skills to navigate these intense emotions and increase the positive experiences throughout your day.
