La mesa is the Spanish conversation club at EKU, a discussion group meeting weekly on campus and on zoom to acquire Spanish conversation skills and learn about the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world. Join EKUCC for a night to remember at the Planetarium.
Get on Uranus and Meditate is an annual event put on by the EKUCC and Campus Recreation that encourages students to take a break from the busy semester, and find some peace at the planetarium. Come by for a brief stretching activity, followed by a guided meditation at the Planetarium.
Shirts may be available on a limited basis for students that complete the activity.

When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful. When a student finds themselves or another student’s safety at risk due to the use of alcohol or other drugs, they should contact the EKUPD immediately for medical assistance. Formal disciplinary action for violations of paragraphs 33, 34, and 35 of the General Regulations Concerning Student Behavior of the Student Handbook will not be enforced provided the involved students meet the criteria for amnesty. You wont be punished for helping a friend. If someone needs medical attentional because of drugs or alcohol, they and you are protected by medical amnesty. Just call, stay, and cooperate.
