EKU First-Year Courses, the Department of Psychology, and the Department of Women and Gender Studies are offering the second series of “Colonels Create” workshops beginning on September 30th, 2021. This year we specifically want to invite students who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies! The event is FREE and all are welcome. We will learn mindfulness techniques while participating in a therapeutic, expressive arts exercise that will culminate in a mural representative of the resilience and inclusivity found among LGBTQIA+ students at EKU. The Service to Service podcast helps you understand veterans, one story at a time. Aaron Knowles began as a transportation soldier and later transitioned into Public Affairs. This group is for student veterans, and serves as a space to discuss both personal concerns and global events that impact their well-being. Veterans often face unique and specific challenges when navigating collegiate life. This drop-in support group serves as a space for veterans to connect, vent and share concerns about their experience.
This is a weekly virtual support group provided by the EKU Counseling Center and hosted through a secure video platform.

Leveling Up is a group that provides interpersonal support as participants navigate D&D campaigns together.
