The EKU Choirs offer a variety of singing opportunities for students of all academic majors. Many students find participating in choir to be a valuable stress reliever in the middle of the day, as well as a great way to meet new friends. In fact, studies show that group singing is an effective way to reduce stress, anxiety, and loneliness.

The cultural exchange gallery event has been canceled. Given that we have finals around the corner, I am hosting a cultural Jeopardy game night instead of the gallery. Veterans often face unique and specific challenges when navigating collegiate life. This drop-in support group serves as a space for veterans to connect, vent and share concerns about their experience.
