Survey participation is being requested on behalf of the Department of Public Health and Graduate students, Naomi Cheek and Hayleigh Tharp. IRB approval has been obtained for this research. We are doing research on how students' perception of COVID-19 impacts their health behaviors, and it would be beneficial to our data if you could fill out this quick survey. It should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. We would really appreciate it!
