This group is for individuals that have been negatively impacted by growing up in an alcoholic, drug addicted or otherwise unpredictable family environment. Topics often discussed include understanding the impact of these family patterns, learning how to recognize and develop healthy relationships, and addressing negative beliefs about oneself.

When life feels like you’re currently in the middle of an unfinished Jumanji game, your emotions can activate with a high degree of intensity. Changes in your daily routine and the people you’re around can lead to a mixture of emotions. These new experiences can be stressful.
