Studying for math is different from most other subjects. This workshop focuses on math-specific study skills that can help you be successful in your math classes. Registration is not required.

The EKU Guitar Ensemble will perform works for jazz, classical and contemporary guitar on March 28, at 7:30 p.m. in Gifford Theater. This concert will feature hard-swinging jazz arrangements, including Blues for Jack and We've Got Rhythm, jazz standards (Straight No Chaser and Black Orpheus), a rock-inspiring rendering of a concerto by Telemann, and Life in the Fast Lane by The Eagles. Our acoustic set includes Lotus Eaters by Andrew York, an Air by Bach, works by Celso Machado and acoustic arrangement of Nothing Else Matters by Metallica. Several soloists will be featured. Join the staff of the EKU Counseling Center today for a Workshop on Emotional Regulation. Regardless of whether you’re at home or school, every day we can experience a wide range of emotions. This workshop will focus on the most scientifically backed methods of managing your emotions, provide activities and tools that can help you feel more grounded and in control of your emotional functioning.

Grief is a normal and natural response to loss. It can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and complicated. Grief group is safe space to receive support, learn to cope, and to connect with other students who are also adjusting to the death of a friend, family member, or loved one. This weekly group is provided by the EKU Counseling Center. A group orientation is required to join this group. The EKU R User Group meets the last Tuesday of every month from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Spring 2023

- April 25th The R User Group is a free activity open to everyone on campus. The purpose of this group is to build a community of people interested in using the programming language R. The goal is to exchange ideas, collaborate, and provide support to one another. Participants at all levels of experience are welcome.
