Knot your average Tuesday and Thursday! Join us on September 26th and 28th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM for our Intermediate Macramé Class. Explore the art of beautiful knotwork at the Perkins Building on EKU's campus. Secure your spot today for just $31.00! Take your macramé skills to the next level with expert guidance. Whether you're a seasoned knot-tying pro or just starting out, this class is for you! On the first night, craft your very own macramé coaster, and on the second night, let your creativity soar as you create stunning macramé wall art. Let's weave some magic together!

Students receive one free ticket and may purchase up to three (3) additional guest tickets. Guest tickets are $25 each. If you wish to purchase additional guest tickets, you may do so by selecting “Student Guest: $25.00”. Get tickets with your EKU ID number online or through the EKU Center Box Office. Join Adventure Programs as we explore deep into the scenic Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy 2 days of moderate hiking and one night of backcountry camping. Kayaking can be a tricky sport to get into, especially learning how to roll. Learn and practice the basics in this fun and interactive workshop!

Join us at the 'Ladies Meet Up' - a rock climbing event dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for women in the sport. Whether you're a seasoned climber or a first-timer, come experience the supportive community that rock climbing has to offer, open to all!

Student Organizations are encouraged to nominate up to 2 students for Homecoming Royalty. Nominations can be submitted until Thursday, September 7th at 4pm. The nomination form can be found here: www.alumni.eku.edu/homecomingnomination QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
1. Must be a FULL-TIME student at Eastern Kentucky University.
2. Must have a minimum 2.0 Cumulative grade point average.
3. Must not be on University probation. Entry fee ($20) for each candidate is to be paid by cash or check (paid to the EKU Homecoming Committee). Payments can be delivered to the Office of Student Life & FYE or the EKU Alumni Office. If an organization fails to pay the entry fee by Thursday, September 7th by 4 p.m., their candidate will not be included in the nominee pool. Students cannot self-nominate.

Get off on the right foot with this workshop! The SSC staff will provide you with assistance in planning your semester's events, study times, etc., as well as giving you tips and tricks to managing your time. Registration is not required.

Grief is a normal and natural response to loss. It can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and complicated. Grief Group is safe space to receive support, learn to cope, and to connect with other students who are also adjusting to the death of a friend, family member, or loved one. This weekly in-person group is provided by the EKU Counseling Center. A group orientation is required to join this group.
