The Stratton Olympics will include a relay race with activity stations for each of our main program areas (think putting on fire gear, riding giant tricycle-type things). Integrate to Regulate is a group designed to promote healing for trauma survivors. This group incorporates specific, concrete skills combined with expressive arts to support the process of trauma integration. This is a weekly in-person group provided by the EKU Counseling Center.
