Request a table for the Latinx Street Fair! the event will be Wednesday, October 4th from 10 am to 2 pm at Powell Plaza as part of the celebration of Latinx Heritage Month. If you want a table to showcase your culture, a fun game, or artifacts, please send a 50-100 word proposal describing your project (Latinx culture related) to sara.ricogodoy@eku.edu.
The deadline for submission will be Monday, October 2nd.

Join us for a new Homecoming tradition...
the Stratton Olympics! The Stratton Olympics will include a relay race with activity stations for each of our main program areas (think putting on fire gear, riding giant tricycle-type things). You can sign up as a group (3-6 people) or as an individual. Groups can be combinations of students, faculty, and staff, too (so get your professors on board!) Don’t want to actually do the relay? Integrate to Regulate is a group designed to promote healing for trauma survivors. This group incorporates specific, concrete skills combined with expressive arts to support the process of trauma integration. This is a weekly in-person group provided by the EKU Counseling Center. Join the staff of the EKU Counseling Center today for a workshop on Mindfulness. Being isolated in quarantine can lead to spending a lot of time on various activities that take your attention away from the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can be a great opportunity to improve your mental health by challenging yourself to be present and aware of your thoughts and feelings. In this workshop, you will learn tools that can help you practice mindfulness and work towards reducing and preventing stress, anxiety, depression, as well as many other concerns you may be experiencing.
