Tonight at 7:30 p.m. in O'Donnell Hall, Dr. Barbara Frederickson will give the fifth annual Bruce MacLaren Distinguished Lecture, “On Positivity,” as the final Chautauqua Lecture in the 2014-15 "Strategizing" series. All Chautauqua events are free and open to the public. Attendance slips will be provided for students.

Fredrickson is the Kenan Distinguished Professor of Psychology at UNC Chapel Hill and the author of “Positivity” and “Love 2.0.” The winner of the APA's inaugural Templeton Prize in Positive Psychology, Frederickson also serves as principal investigator of the Positive Emotions and Psychophysiology Laboratory (aka PEP Lab).
