NERVE: Documentary Premiere with performance by Ben Sollee
In celebration of the Kentucky Environmental Foundation's 25th anniversary, join the EKU-ENV Environmental Sustinability & Stewardship Program for the premiere of a new documentary, NERVE: HOW A SMALL KENTUCKY TOWN LED THE FIGHT TO SAFELY DISMANTLE THE WORLD’S CHEMICAL WEAPONS. The film tells the story of the global movement for safer weapons disposal that began with the grassroots campaign that fought chemical weapons incineration at the Bluegrass Army Depot.
The event will include a special performance by BEN SOLLEE, and a social justice panel discussion.
