CHAUTAUQUA Lecture Tomorrow: William Powers, "Deeper Digital: A New Philosophy of Social Media"

  
Social media has created a world in which communication with others is only the push of a button away, while in many cases reducing the depth of that communication.

NYT Best-selling author and MIT Research Scientist William Powers will explain how to use this new interconnectedness wisely in his Chautauqua Lecture and EKU Reads Project Keynote Address, “Deeper Digital: A New Philosophy of Social Media,” TOMORROW, Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7:30 p.m. in Brock Auditorium of the Coates Building.

Free and open to the public. Attendance slips will be provided.
