CHAUTAUQUA Tonight: Native American Keynote by Anton Treuer, 7:30 pm, O'Donnell Hall

  
Dr. Anton Treuer will provide an opportunity to learn more about Native Americans at his Chautauqua keynote lecture, “Everything You Wanted to Know about Indians but Were Afraid to Ask,” TONIGHT, Thurs. Nov 19, 7:30 p.m. in O'Donnell Hall. Free admission. Attendance slips will be provided.

Dr. John Bowes (EKU History Dept.) will introduce the speaker.

As professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University, director of the American Indian Resource Center, and author of over a dozen books, Treuer is a cultural historian, storyteller and community advocate who has given presentations around the globe, sharing his vision of a better world, informed by his understanding of Ojibwe traditions and knowledge.
