I AM ESTILL COUNTY
Shelby Powell, former sociology student, who received her Bachelor of Arts from EKU in 2013, and current graduate student in EKU's Master of Public Administration program will be presenting her qualitative research project, "I am Estill County."
Under the direction of Dr. Stephanie McSpirit, Professor of Sociology, Shelby has spent the last three semesters as a research assistant for EKU'S Engagement and Regional Stewardship office
