RecycleMania 2016
RecycleMania is here again and this year EKU is participating in the Competition division!
That means we will be comparing our recycling and landfill waste totals against other regional and National Universities!
Each week we will be reporting our weights of landfill waste, recycled paper, bottles and cans over the 8 week competition.
We will be competing on the following criteria:
Landfill diversion rate
Total weight of recyclables recovered
Total weight of recyclables recovered per person
Get involved:
Recycle to the maximum extent possible across campus.
Participate in resident hall programs and activities.
Be on the lookout for tips and fun facts from the Office of Sustainability.
